As a senior business executive, John established himself as a strategic partner who delivers results for highly-matrixed, fast-paced, multi-billion dollar technology businesses via B2C and B2B channels by partnering with CEOs and Presidents to optimize complex portfolio investment decisions for top-line growth and profitability. John holds an International MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a Certified Practitioner of the assessment instruments of The Leadership Circle, an Authorized Partner of The Five Behaviors of Cohesive Team, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and a member of the International Coach Federation.

Gerald P. Quindlen, is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of CableOrganizer.com, a private equity backed company located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr.Quindlen was also an early investor in and is currently a member of the Board of Advisors of Rowl, Inc., a Santa Monica based software firm that develops and markets a location-based social networking and mobile advertising platform. Prior to joining CableOrganizer.com, Mr. Quindlen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Logitech Inc., from January 2008 through July 2011 and was a member of Logitech’s Board of Directors. Mr. Quindlen joined Logitech in October 2005 after a 17 year career with the Eastman Kodak Company, where he was a company Officer and held various senior sales, marketing and general management positions in the United States, Japan and Asia Pacific. Mr. Quindlen holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia.
President and CEO
Anthony emigrated to the USA from England some 25 years ago and started his career working in corporate America for some of the largest and iconic brands including Lithonia Lighting, Porsche Cars, Eastman Kodak and Novartis. He has held senior positions within finance, planning and strategy, and for the last 11 years conducted business in the agriculture packaging industry as President, and most recently GM/VP within Lindamar Industries and Columbia Packaging Group. Anthony is also the Vice Chairman of the Central California Export Council, a volunteer position appointed by the US Secretary of Commerce. He has a BSc in Financial Economics and an MBA with honors in Finance and Management both from the Western International University in London. He is also a cohort of the Novartis/Harvard Business School Management Program. During his spare time, Anthony likes to play tennis and spend time with his family attending grand slam events.

Mr. Nemati is currently attending California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is pursuing a B.S. in Statistics with a minor in Data Science. His main areas of study include multivariate analysis and applied markov probability models. His work with SCA has primarily been in crop science research, business relations, and analytics.

Michael Barron is the Director of Research and Development at AeroFarms, a clean-technology company that builds and operates advanced vertical farms in urban environments. As both a plant and data scientist, Barron leads the R&D team in all aspects of project management, experiment design and implementation, and predictive algorithm development. For his innovative work at AeroFarms, Barron was named to the 2017 Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Science. Before joining AeroFarms in 2014, Barron worked at the Economics Research Service of the USDA in Washington, DC and at Ingleby Farms & Forests in Denmark. He holds an AB in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University, an MS in Plant, Environmental Management, and Soil Science from Louisiana State University, and an MS in Data Science from Indiana University

Paul received his bachelors of engineering at the University of Fresno. He started his career as a Manufacturing Engineer making medical devices in the Central Valley of California, but in 1998 had the opportunity to get into the wine industry, so he moved his family to Paso Robles where he found his true work passion. In 2009 his career took a new direction into sales, where he was the Senior Director of North American Sales focusing on large capital equipment and ingredients sales to all the largest wineries, breweries, juice and food production company in the United States. In early 2018 Paul took all the knowledge and experience he had gained over the years and made the move back to large-scale wine production where he is currently the General Manager for Treasury Wine Estates managing one of the premier wine production facilities in California.

Mr. Lindberg is currently attending California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechatronics. His main areas of work with SCA include drawing the electrical diagrams, Solidworks modeling, and product assembly.
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Kelley is a Software Systems Analyst/Developer in San Luis Obispo, California. He received a B.S. in Computer Engineering at California Polytechnic State University in June of 2018. His main areas of work with SCA include embedded systems, software engineering, and information technology.
